CubePath — Privacy

Your data in the app

Saved games, points, stars, hints, selected color and unlocks stay in the app’s local storage. CubePath does not send them to the developer. There is no account, advertising, tracking, analytics SDK, in-app purchase or cloud-sync service. The app does not request location, contacts, camera or microphone access. You can play without providing personal information.

Storage and deletion

Local progress remains until you confirm a reset or remove the app’s data. Use Delete progress in the app’s privacy section. Device backups may contain copies; manage and delete them through your operating system or backup provider. The developer cannot access or restore your local progress.

When you visit this website

Hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH processes connection data needed to deliver these encrypted pages, including your IP address. Access logging is disabled for CubePath pages. There are no cookies, analytics, forms, remotely loaded fonts or embedded third-party content. Critical technical errors may appear in a server error log with time, request and connection data; it is rotated daily and retained for no more than 14 days. The purpose and legitimate interest are reliable, secure delivery of this website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

When you email us

If you voluntarily email us, the operator and involved email providers receive your address, message and any files you attach. We use them to handle your request, based on our legitimate interest in providing support (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Content is deleted once the request and necessary follow-up are resolved, unless legal retention duties or specific legal claims require longer storage. Providing information is optional; without a return contact we cannot reply personally. An email link opens your mail app and does not send a message by itself.

Apple and device backups

The App Store, TestFlight, optional diagnostic sharing and operating-system backups are services provided by Apple or your backup provider under their own privacy terms. If you send TestFlight feedback, Apple and the developer may receive the content and technical information you submit. CubePath does not add its own analytics service.

Your rights and contact

Where the operator holds personal information about you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability under applicable law. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly where you live. CubePath does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
